Notice on the Requirement Adjustment of the HS/HDC Code Application

To protect the health and safety of passengers, and further control the risk of transnational spread of COVID-19, the Chinese Embassy in Lithuania recommend travelers avoid all non-essential and non-urgent travels.

Starting from February 23rd, 2021, passengers who have urgent need of travel shall follow the guidelines and requirements listed below:

1.The travel route of more than one transit country or area shall not meet the requirement of application for the Electronic Health Declaration Forms under the newly-promulgated pandemic control measures issued by the Chinese authority. For example, application of passengers taking the Lithuania - Lativa- Denmark - China flight route shall be rejected.

2.The following documents should be uploaded when applying for the HS/HDC Codes:

(1)Negative nucleic acid (PCR) and IgM anti-body tests at medical institutions recognized by the Chinese Embassy in Lithuania;

(2) Itinerary;

(3)Lithianian residence certificate ( passport or residence card).

3.Please visit the webpage of the Chinese embassy/consulate in the transit country for the medical institution and relevant information to certify your health declaration form.

4.The Chinese Embassy in Lithuania shall not issue HS/HDC Codes to passengers who do not meet the requirements as mentioned above.

5.To avoid the delay of your trip or incurred legal liabilities, passengers must make truthful statements while applying for the HS/HDC Codes. Those who report false information or conceal travel and residence history and health status will bear relevant legal responsibilities incurred.
