Notice--Fingerprint Collecting for Visa Application

According to the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, from August 6th, 2018, the Chinese Embassy will capture the fingerprints of all the fingers from all the applications, including citizens of the Republic of Lithuania who are applying for a Chinese visa. The following applicants maybe exempted:

(1)Applicants under the age of 14 or over 70 years;

(2)Applicants holding the diplomatic passports or in compliance with Chinese diplomatic, official and courtesy visas;

(3)Applicants who have applied for a visa and have been collected fingerprints at the Embassy within 5 years, holding the same passport;

(4)Applicants whose fingers are missing or ten fingerprints cannot be retained.
