The following documents are needed for a Chinese visa

Application form with one photo on the form (the form can be downloaded )

An invitation letter with applicant's personal data(including the number of passport)

A requisition letter from your organization where you work

Copy of passport

For non-lithuanian citizens, a copy of residence card is needed 

For a urgent visa a copy of ticket is needed
