On January 8, 2014, Assistant Foreign Minister Qian Hongshan attended upon invitation a reception co-hosted by Djiboutian Embassy in China, Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and Chinese-African People's Friendship Association to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the establishment of China-Djibouti diplomatic ties, and exchanged views with Djiboutian Ambassador to China Abdallah Abdillahi Miguil on the bilateral relations and other issues.
